Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to a collection of technologies that equip computers to engage in many activities beyond their routine capabilities, ranging from the possibility of seeing to understanding and converting spoken and written language, evaluating data, generating recommendations, among others. Machine learning (ML) is a subfield of artificial intelligence in which there is a focus on building and studying statistical patterns that can learn from data and generalize across unknown data to accomplish tasks without specific directions. Deep learning formed the new advances that might let the neural networks outperform most previous approaches in performance.
